Since 1996, TARSHI has been dedicated to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), launching eLearning courses in 2011, 2016, and 2020. These courses, attracting learners from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Lebanon, Mongolia, and more, aim to enhance individual and institutional capacities in understanding and applying sexuality and SRHR knowledge. Offered in moderated, self-paced, and blended modes, these courses provide flexibility for learners to engage interactively, at their own pace, or through a combination of self-paced learning and face-to-face contact classes.

Short Courses Programme
TARSHI's concise courses provide learners with an in-depth grasp of a specific topic within 2-5 hours. These courses encompass diverse elements, including readings, case studies, a glossary of key terms, audio-visual content, and objective assessments for comprehensive learning. The courses culminate in a certificate of completion issued through an automated system. For instance, the short course "Understanding and Preventing Workplace Sexual Harassment" delves into the definition, prevention, and redress of workplace sexual harassment, combining information on sexuality, harassment, and law through interactive exercises and case studies in a 4-4.5-hour duration.

With an extended duration, these courses encourage learners to delve deeply into subjects such as anatomy, gender identity, sexual orientation, consent, and complex areas like sex work and surrogacy within a human rights framework. The courses employ a blend of readings, audio-visual content, printable resources, case studies, and assessments, fostering comprehensive, individual-focused learning over 12-15 hours. Noteworthy courses include Basics and Beyond, Beyond Basics, and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (for educators).
