The Evangelical Fellowship of India Commission on Relief (EFICOR) is a national Christian organization established in 1967, dedicated to Disaster Resp Read moreonse, Development, and Training. Its mission involves serving impoverished and marginalized communities facing poverty, injustice, and disaster across the country. EFICOR is committed to empowering scheduled caste and scheduled tribes, including communities like Musahar in Bihar, Bhil in Rajasthan, Koya and Chenchu in Andhra Pradesh, and Bhoi in Odisha, through various initiatives such as awareness campaigns, capacity building, exposure visits, and livelihood diversification promotion. Their programs also cater to diverse groups including People Living with HIV & AIDS, Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), victims of Human Trafficking, as well as faith-based leaders and institutions. Presently, EFICOR operates in 12 states in India, reaching out to 110,872 socially excluded households.

EFICOR's vision is to work toward a just, responsible and compassionate society. Its mission is to influence and educate for good governance, facilitate communities toward transformation, and converge and collaborate for responsible social action.

EFICOR began in 1967 as a relief wing of the Evangelical Fellowship of India, was established as a separate legal entity in 1980, and has since grown to work across multiple states and sectors in India.
