Ashray works to protect children and the youth from unethical and unhealthy practices, and to instill positive habits in them. It also works to counse Read morel and safeguard children from anxiety, fear, depression, stress, and addiction. It wishes to strengthen children and the youth's character with life skills and values, and to guide the people that have the strongest effect on the behavioral and mental health of children. Ashray's On-Campus Value Education Classes are focused on four sections of students: the Seed Circle represents the group of Grade 1-5, the Growth Circle represents Grade 6-8, the Hope Circle represents Grade 9-12, and the Lead Circle represents college students. Through these classes, Ashray conducts weekly participative Value Education Sessions, cross-cultural activities, and personal counseling that helps students in balancing schoolwork, recreation, social life, and spirituality; dealing with school-related stress and anxiety; learning how to make decisions; and addressing uncertainty and inner conflict. Ashray also conducts four Psychometric Tests and Behavioral Assessments across the year for every sponsored child as a mandatory part of Value Education Process. For regionally remote students, Ashray offers E-campus Value Education Classes. Currently, the E-Campus offers two categories of the Value Education programs. It offers Open Value Education Monthly Webinars that are live for all subscribers, volunteers, pre-registered students, and all interested candidates. It also offers Hosted Value Education Webinars for Registered Candidates under institutional collaboration or fund raising round. Prerna is Ashray's annual festival where Ashray's volunteers and students can interact with each other, and enjoy motivational speakers, dramatic performances, music, group dancing, and more. Ashray offers Personal Counseling System to help individuals live a happier life and combat stress or any other problems. Ashray Meditation Circles (AMC) are small student groups lead by Ashray Foundation Volunteers that engage in meditation on a weekly basis. Ashray Mentors offer career guidance and other assistance to students from all streams. Ashray's Open Value Education Programs include periodic webinars, promotional campaigns, public awareness programs, road shows, nukkad dramas, and inspirational photography and videography. The "Power Circle" Value Education Program works to extend its Value Education Program to women by holding periodic seminars, raising awareness, offering meditation sessions, conducting personality and behavioral assessments, and offering training.
