The RSO periodically hosts several workshops and programs that address the needs of various societal segments, including skill development, women's empowerment, livelihood, health, education, Goshala, the environment, and animal welfare.   • Women Empowerment

    State

    Males and females in an agrarian community are like Beljodi of Hal (a Bullock pair of ploughs). Both of them should be knowledgeable about all the possibilities and technical complications for the family's means of subsistence in such a case. In the region where RBKS operates, women's standing in society is appalling. The effects of protracted socialization processes and a lack of financial source control contributed to women's declining standing in society.

    We think that a child should become an independent, self-motivated learner as the ultimate goal of school. Based on this notion, RSO works to create educational possibilities for every child. RSO uses the following activities as part of its IEC to educate people about the value of education:
    1. Activities for Community Mobilization and Awareness
    2. Distribution of School Bags and Dresses to BPL Children
