  • Urban Mission Programme

    EGovernments Foundation drives the Urban Mission programme, leveraging digital tech to unite citizens, Governments, and enterprises for improved quality of life and efficient services. Its open DIGIT platform fosters collaborative solutions, comprising modules like performance dashboards, financial management, fire NOC issuance, digital payments via mCollect, property tax automation, public grievance redressal, and more. EGov's 19-year journey has impacted 180 million citizens in 800 urban bodies. Collaborating with the National Institute of Urban Affairs, it contributes to the National Urban Governance Platform and National Urban Digital Mission.

  • Sanitation Programme

    EGov - EGovernments Foundation's sanitation initiative envisions eradicating poor sanitation's impact. It introduced DISHHA, an open platform for diverse waste streams. The FSM module empowers citizens to request cesspool clearing, operators to manage assignments, and employees to monitor through dashboards. EGov partnered with the Odisha government, providing DIGIT for e-governance. Collaborating with the SCI-FI team, it digitized FSM and piloted it successfully in Odisha. Present in 35 urban bodies, its focus lies in statewide expansion across 118 faecal sludge treatment plants.

  • Public Finance Management Programme

    State

    EGov - EGovernments Foundation's Public Finance Management (PFM) mission envisions seamless financial information exchange across government levels. The India Fiscal Information Exchange Platform (iFIX) offers real-time fiscal insights for districts and states. iFIX components include an adapter for standardized fiscal events, a dashboard for project sustainability, a platform for seamless information exchange, and mGramSeva, a mobile app ensuring accountability. PFM started in Punjab, piloting mGramSeva in Anandpur Sahib, empowering gram panchayat water and sanitation committees (GPWSCs) for revenue management. Now active in 100 villages, it's set to launch in 8,000 GPWSCs across Punjab.

  • Health Programme

    EGov - EGovernments Foundation's health mission envisions enhancing public health capabilities. It focuses on improving trust through public health credentialing using DIVOC, which generates millions of certificates daily. Its architecture facilitates diverse use cases. The second aim is to reduce "diseases of poverty" by creating a platform for disease surveillance and building tools for health campaigns and mass drug administration. Modules include analytics, citizen portal, facility app, feedback, certificate issuance, and programme setup. DIVOC's impact is significant, issuing over 2 billion COVID-19 vaccination certificates via CoWIN in India, valid in 120+ countries. Collaborations with the Indian Council of Medical Research led to 1.2 million COVID-19 test reports. DIVOC's reach extends to countries like Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Jamaica, and Indonesia.
