The vision entails a society where individuals enjoy equality, freedom of expression, and harmony with nature, free from social and economic injustices. Goals include fostering collectives among vulnerable workers, empowering women and Dalit workers to address issues like domestic violence and social discrimination, promoting healthy communication within families, raising awareness about climate justice, and serving as a resource centre on gender, caste, and labour issues.
