Antarprerna, or "inner motivation," is a programme designed to encourage group and individual enterprise in areas with little access to the economy. We use partnerships, in addition to our in-depth training knowledge and field experience, to link people living in rural areas—especially women—with possibilities to generate income.
Women Collectives
The fact that women in rural areas are unable to travel too far from their homes for employment gave rise to the idea of establishing women collectives under Antarprerna. Typically, an Antarprerna Centre is a collective venture that hires women in the neighbourhood to produce handcrafted goods like textiles. We collaborate with partners to make sure the women can sell these things and make money.

Our "Make India Capable" campaign was created after researching the issues that impoverished youngsters encounter. Without opportunities like this second chance, these young people often remain disengaged and impoverished. Our programme addresses the underlying cause of this problem by giving participants the capacities and abilities they require to feel confident enough to go after their goals and work towards financial stability.
