With the establishment of 35 for-profit women's collectives and four producer companies, Industree ensures adherence to sustainable procurement standards for international retailers. Their ecosystem offers entrepreneurs opportunities for upskilling, access to capital, and digital resources. This initiative has had a significant impact, touching the lives of 500,000 individuals and granting a cumulative market access of over 58 million USD. It prioritizes principles of equity, gender equality, and climate resilience. By enabling women to participate in climate-positive value chains, Industree enhances their economic stability, social empowerment, and access to education and healthcare. Additionally, it strengthens their resilience to crises. The ultimate aim is to expand this positive influence to reach three million women by 2030, leveraging 300 million USD in innovative financing through partnerships with civil society, government entities, and businesses.
