Recognising the challenges faced by families in finding blood, it aims to transform emergencies into routine procedures by providing comprehensive support and resources, ensuring no life is lost due to lack of timely blood supply.

    Project Disha, initiated by the Sankalp India Foundation, revolutionizes blood search efforts by providing a centralized helpline (9480044444) for accessing safe blood. It eliminates the need for individuals to scour the streets or rely on chain mail for blood requests. Since its inception in 2006, Disha has connected with numerous blood banks, ensuring reliable information on blood availability across Karnataka. The project aims to optimize blood usage, promote transparency among blood banks, and offer timely assistance to those in need through efficient and reliable service delivery.
