Motivating the students leads to better utilization of learning inputs, increases student engagement in schooling and empowers them to drive their own learning, which improves their learning outcomes. Our programs work on bringing systematic changes through models that acknowledges the efforts of all stakeholders and motivates the entire ecosystem, i.e. Students, Teachers, Community & Government Stakeholders. We have designed our M&E framework, to capture utilization of inputs provided to the students/schools which gives us real-time data while implementing the program. This quick feedback has helped us take quick data driven decisions during product evolution helping us create effective programs and scale rapidly across thousands of schools.
