The Trust aims to contribute to the 'Right to a Healthy Childhood' by establishing a comprehensive ecosystem focused on reducing the global burden of congenital heart disease. Its objectives include offering completely free services for child ill health, fostering skilled healthcare providers for congenital heart disease, and advocating the Right to Healthy Childhood through research and technology solutions. The Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care and Training in Pediatric Cardiac Skills, situated in Navi Mumbai, stands as one of the Trust's leading institutions, providing free preventive and tertiary care services for children with congenital heart disease. This initiative goes beyond Maharashtra to address the worldwide burden of Congenital Heart Diseases, emphasizing the restoration of dignity and granting a healthy childhood to children through its network of Hospitals.

Programs

  • Mother & Child Hospitals

    In addition to curative care, the hospital prioritizes preventive and educative healthcare, exemplified by the Divine Child Health Programme initiated in 2013. Evolving into the Divine Mother & Child Health Programme in 2017, it emphasizes preventive care for pregnant women and children. The first Mother & Child Hospital, inaugurated in September 2021 at Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, offers a comprehensive spectrum of care, including OBGYN services, antenatal and postnatal care, neonatal cardiac surgery, and workshops on health and hygiene. The hospital extends its reach across India with facilities in Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, and Telangana.

  • Education & Traning Programmes

    Sai Sanjeevani is dedicated to enhancing the national and global capacity of healthcare professionals through its Centres for Learning Excellence. These centres aim to conduct academic, training, and skill development programmes for doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare providers, addressing the critical issue of Congenital Heart Disease. The Academic Nursing Programme at Atal Nagar offers a Masters Programme in Nursing, providing free education to aspiring minds. Fellowships for Medical Professionals in Atal Nagar, Palwal, and Kharghar offer specialized training in Pediatric Cardiac Sciences, while the Training in Pediatric Cardiac Skills in Kharghar includes clinical rotations and innovative teaching methods for future healthcare leaders.

  • Child Heart Hospitals Programme

    Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani operates a network of Child Heart Care Hospitals dedicated to providing Free Pediatric Cardiac Care for Congenital Heart Disease. These hospitals are located in Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh, Palwal, Haryana, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Yavatmal, Maharashtra, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and Raiwala, Uttarakhand. The initiative includes special programs such as Matruchhaya, focusing on training mothers and guardians in pre-op and post-op care, and Gift of Life, presenting patients with a certificate emphasizing the responsibility of contributing to society. Other initiatives include Doctors with Compassion and Sanjeevani Sahayak, encouraging volunteering and support.
