Hongirana, Surabhi's initiative launched in 2009, aims to offer a nurturing home to underprivileged children, including orphans, single-parent families, financially disadvantaged, street children, and more. Providing essentials like food, shelter, clothing, and education, it also focuses on personality development, social values, and healthcare through regular check-ups.

Promoting environmental awareness and nurturing nature is a central vision of the Surabhi Foundation. Through this initiative, it has planted around 30,000 tree saplings, contributing to the overall well-being of the environment.

Seva Dhama, a realization of a 14-year journey of selfless service by Surabhi, is a compassionate haven for underprivileged children. With a belief in community engagement, it aims to transform society by involving everyone in serving the needs of these children. Over the years, it has rescued and educated approximately 2500 children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Due to a lack of essential educational resources, many children in its area of operation are hesitant to join mainstream education. Surabhi has successfully integrated numerous children by providing them with notebooks, bags, uniforms, and financial assistance for deserving students, ensuring access to quality education.

Grama Surabhi was initiated in Sakalvara Village, Anekal Taluk. Its primary objective is to identify villages lacking essential facilities and develop a self-sustainable model by involving the local community. The focus is on promoting health, hygiene, and education within these villages, empowering residents to actively participate in their own development and well-being.

The Arogya Surabhi project aims to raise health awareness and provide medical camps in rural and underprivileged areas. It also offers doorstep health solutions through trained Arogya Mitra workers who assess the health conditions of communities, provide guidance on preventive measures, and create employment opportunities for unemployed youth. To date, the project has conducted over 56 health camps, benefiting approximately 10,450 individuals.
