Girls Play Girls Lead
The Girls Play Girls Lead project is aimed at addressing the pressing issues affecting the rural communities in Punjab, India. It's specifically designed to tackle issues like limited access to opportunities and constrained prospects for young girls. Leveraging football as a transformative medium, the project is committed to equipping these girls with the essential tools and resources they need to lead prosperous and fulfilling lives.
The project's key objectives:
1. Empowering young girls from rural communities: By providing young girls with a platform to participate in sports, the project aims to empower them and help them develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership.
2. Providing educational and career guidance: Recognizing the significance of education and career development, the project offers essential guidance to help girls achieve their educational and professional aspirations.

Project Nurture
Project Nurture is a Sports for Development Initiative by YFC Rurka Kalan, with support from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, aims to empower and enable children and young individuals in neighboring cotton-growing communities. The initiative takes a holistic approach, focusing on all-around development through Sports for Development and Sports for Excellence programs.
Project Nurture serves as a common platform for 9 German Bundesliga clubs: Borussia Dortmund, Eintracht Frankfurt, 1. FC Union Berlin, SV Werder Bremen GmbH & Co KG aA, HSV, DSC Arminia Bielefeld, FC St. Pauli von 1910 e.V., VfB Stuttgart, VfL Wolfsburg. The clubs have joined forces to support initiatives in India through YFC Rurka Kalan. Project Nurture, the overarching vision is to propagate effective, reliable, meaningful, and enduring school sports development. This extends to the holistic growth of children and youth in the Rapar, Mandvi, Mundra, and Khadir areas of the Kachchh Dis
