ASSF has since been actively engaged in providing medical treatment, education, legal assistance, and emotional support to acid attack survivors. It strives to raise awareness about acid violence, challenge societal taboos, and enable survivors to regain a sense of normalcy. The Foundation's vision is a world without acid violence, where survivors are empowered and supported, working together to change societal perceptions. ASSF's mission revolves around offering comprehensive support to survivors, including shelter and opportunities for economic independence, through initiatives like handcraft workshops and future plans for a departmental store operated by acid attack survivors.

ASSF Rehabilitation Center for Acid attacked Survivors
Vimochana leads the Acid Survivors Saahas Foundation (ASSF) Rehabilitation Center for Acid Attacked Survivors, providing comprehensive aid to victims. The project addresses physical, emotional, and vocational needs, offering medical care, psychological counselling, vocational training, education, and legal support. In response to rising acid attack cases, ASSF's centre aims to alleviate survivors' physical and psychological trauma. By creating a supportive community, imparting skills, and fostering a sense of belonging, the centre seeks to empower victims, enabling them to rebuild their lives with renewed hope and confidence.

Free Computer Course Programme
The Acid Survivors Saahas Foundation (ASSF) has introduced a Free Computer Course to empower acid survivors, financially disadvantaged students, and school dropouts. In response to the rapid shift towards online platforms due to the pandemic, the organisation aims to equip these individuals with essential computer skills, enabling them to adapt to the changing landscape and improve their employability. The initiative was launched on Gandhi Jayanti, on October 2nd, 2021, reflecting ASSF's commitment to empowering marginalized individuals through education and training.
