The programme promotes cyber wellness to ensure mental well-being in cyber space and empowers children, youth and adults about responsible online behaviour, thereby equipping them to combat online danger. It partners with WNC Cares Foundation to intiate the Cyber Smart Schools campaign wherein 25 schools in Mumbai have been identified to participate in a 10 month long programme. The programme aims to equip children and youth by providing them with technical tips to understand and secure gadgets, inform children and adults about social media apps, gadget addiction, gaming, gambling and age-inappropriate content. The programme would highlight the legal and psychological results of wrong online behaviour. It also takes up developing Digital Guardians, partnering with BOB Financials the organisation conducts sessions for teachers and parents to encourage constructive use of technology, prevent internet addiction and misuse to safeguard the institution against cyber-crime. The programme is directed to equip teachers and parents to act a guardians and apply screen time regulations, understand apps, social media, online gaming related safety and security tools and measures so as to build safety nets for children most importantly reporting mechanisms of online distress. Through Cyber Sakhi It tries to address the current wave of cyber-crime specifically young girls and women. The programme focusses on cyber-crimes against women, legal effects of crimes, psychological impacts of irresponsible behaviour, teaching technology tips to secure devices and most importantly understanding reporting methods of cybe-crimes so as to protect themselves. It is partnering with The Maharashtra State Commission for Women to initiate the Stree Shakti initiative to promote digital knowledge and online safety among children and women from marginalised communities. It is active in proposing recommendations and policy changes to governing bodies like Rajya Sabha and Maharashtra cyber and game rating guidelines, Hosting the National Cyber Psychology Conference annually besides educating children and teachers. It is a knowledge partner to NCPCR, MSCW and National Scientific Research Committee for Internet Addiction and also providing legal and psychological assistance to victims of cyber-crime.
