The Helping Hands Charitable Trust is committed to giving aid and support in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by delivering critical supplies, ser Read moreving prepared food, and acquiring personal protection gear for healthcare staff and sanitation employees. It also works to bring together separated families, arrange emergency treatment, and assist homeless people. Additionally, Helping Hands works with "Ghar Bachao Ghar Banao" to offer slum populations necessities, employment possibilities, and educational help. It holds health camps, provides vocational instruction to women, and sets up children's centres for impoverished youngsters. Helping Hands collaborates with Emergent Meditech (India) Pvt. Ltd. to improve the capabilities of health professionals and address the scarcity of competent staff in the medical industry. Furthermore, Helping Hands works with organisations such as the Yusf Mehrally Centre for Training, the Bombay Sarvodaya Friendship Centre (BSFC), and The Sustainability Platform Asia (TSPAsia) to deliver expert and digital support, while also looking for funding from CSR programmes and other avenues to create job prospects for unemployed youth. It has been engaged in emergency aid since its inception in 2015, including offering help to earthquake-affected communities in Nepal and supporting flood-affected children in Kerala.

Livelihood Programmes
Helping Hands Charitable Trust attempts to promote local livelihood options for migrant workers through their "Shramik Sammaan" initiative, which includes projects like cold-pressed oil extraction, mask making, bamboo article production, tailoring, and more. The programme, which has the support of actors Manoj Bajpayee and Shabana Raza Bajpayee, promote financial wellness, education in skills, and cooperation among communities in order to improve the lives of migrant workers and contribute to a beneficial economy in rural areas.

Covid 19 Relief Programme
Helping Hands Charitable Trust was able to give help during the COVID-19 crisis thanks to the combined efforts of contributors, volunteers, and partners. It delivered life-saving goods like emergency supplies of food, meals, sanitation items, and medical treatment to those affected by the financial chaos, including migrant workers, disadvantaged populations, and workers at the frontline. As India faces the deadly second wave, the trust is fully engaged in aid efforts and seeks for contributions, serving, and promoting understanding to battle the pandemic's challenges.
