11,290 students have been awarded scholarships across the country, over 39,000 youth have been placed in jobs after training at the Mahindra Pride Schools, Mahindra Pride Classrooms have trained over 2,80,000 youth in over 4000 classrooms and its Nanhi Kali project has transformed the lives of over 500,000 girls across 14 states.

Scholarships and Grants Programme
The Trust runs multiple programmes within its scholarships and Grants umbrella. It supports needy students who have secured admission to universities abroad by providing them interest free loan scholarships based on the criteria of merit.
Its talent scholarship identifies students who have secured the highest aggregate marks in annual examinations and helps them with financial aid, those who receive the scholarship twice are awarded honour scholarships which include cash rewards and citations.
It runs a special scholarship for students studying at the United World Colleges and also hosts the all-India talent scholarships that award cash assistance to meritorious students from low-income families wishing to pursue diploma or job-oriented courses.

Girl Child Education Programme – Project Nanhi Kali
With an aim to provide education to the underprivileged girl child, the Trust started its Nanhi Kali project in partnership with Naandi Foundation. To enable girls to complete their education and do well in academics the programme offers after-class support sessions.
It provides a kit annually to the students that consist of school bags, stationery, pullovers, raincoats, and feminine hygiene material enabling the girls to attend school with dignity. The programme has also tied up with leading Edtech organisations to provide tablets to the girl students with adaptive learning software loaded onto each device. The device helps each girl to learn at their own pace and adapts to their style of learning improving learning outcomes in the long run.

Livelihood Training Programme – Mahindra Pride School
To address livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth the Trust runs Mahindra Pride Schools(MPS). It operates nine schools in the cities of Chennai, Pune, Patna, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Varanasi and Srinagar, three out of the nine schools are in Chennai itself.
With a focus on rural youth, the schools offer equal opportunities to men and women from disadvantaged and backward sections of society. It is non-residential and trains youth in the areas of Hospitality Craft, Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES - for BPOs & KPOs) and Retail Customer Relationship Management also post completion of training, helps the youth to secure jobs at prominent organisations.
Also partnering with State Government and educational institutions, the Trust has set up state-of-the-art Mahindra Pride Classrooms that enhance English Speaking, Life Skills, Aptitude, Interview, Group Discussion and Digital Literacy.
