Impact

The Future-Ready Schools Programme impacted 301 schools and empowered 301 Panchayat elementary education officials and 750 school teachers, reaching 16,200 children. The Future-Ready Districts Programme empowered 22,400 middle managers, 40,000 teachers and headmasters, and transformed 5,023 schools out of 20,000 demonstration schools. It also enrolled 1.15 lakh students back in schools and activated 30,089 child-friendly functional libraries. The Future-Ready States Programme partnered with 10 states and trained 34,000 officials, reducing trail time by ideal case management and saving INR 90 Cr. The Centre of Excellence Programme partnered with 10 states and trained officials, while the Karuna Fellowship Programme trained 180 fellows, impacting over 9 lakh children across 12 districts in 9 states.

  • Future-Ready Schools Programme

    Aims to make Indian schools equipped to perform in global examinations like PISA by remodelling education methods. It focuses on four components, namely Early child skills, foundational skills, higher order skills, and entrepreneurial mindset & life skills, covering essential areas like language, math, science, emotional literacy, creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to prepare students for the future.

  • Future-Ready Districts Programme

    Empowers the district administration to deliver novel education methods to schools with the help of the community. It focuses on building future-ready leaders in the district who can transform development in schools and spread improvements. Its three components are middle management development, constructive community action, and strengthening process & governance.

  • Future-Ready States Programme

    This programme strives to create a capable and involved teacher workforce that delivers 21st-century skills by developing leadership, changing constitutions and policies, and creating unique teaching methods. It seeks to enhance group-level academic support procedures, enables proof-based education control, and streamline legal management.

  • Centre of Excellence Programme

    This programme aims to create custom-built solutions for local problems by conducting field research and building partnerships with private and Government organisations. It also collaborates with international partners and brings out research papers. The programme aims to build tools and organise knowledge on relevant topics and advocate for policy change.

  • Karuna Fellowship Programme

    Intends to equip rural women with technology and job-related talents, enabling them to provide services to enhance teacher development and student learning results. Its working model involves conducting field research, establishing partnerships, and using toll-free support services, Whatsapp groups, knowledge portals, transmitting messages, and voice calls to improve SLO by 15-22% and reach remote areas with less dependence on manpower.
