Mann is a registered charitable organization [Reg. We envision a future in which every young adult with special needs is empowered to lead a happy and productive life.  Our aim is to foster independence and employability among adults through skill training programs. Programs

  • Live Ability

Mann's LiveAbility programme equips young adults with a life of self-sufficiency and wellness. The course covers several important topics for Mann trainees. These training programmes cover practical skills like travel knowledge together with important life lessons like good money and time management and personal grooming.

Academic Functions Develop your fundamental literacy and numeracy abilities, including the ability to read and write words, count money, write names, and read the time.

  • Work Ability

At Mann, we're committed to providing thorough training and fulfilling employment opportunities to empower people with disabilities. Our programmes, which range, are tailored to the individual skills of each student to help them secure long-term, steady jobs in the workforce. We provide training in areas like tailoring, arts & crafts, cooking skills, and housekeeping for those who are having more difficulty finding mainstream jobs. We provide instruction in arts and crafts, tailoring, embroidery, appliqué, and patchwork for those with substantial disabilities that prevent them from working in the mainstream. We've started Karmann, a home and lifestyle brand that employs only skilled artisans with impairments, to support this project.

Karmann provides a prototype for a successful company that makes use of the abilities of people with disabilities.
