Ugam Foundation is a charitable organization which provides selfless service for the overall development of rural areas. With the help of peoples par Read moreticipation, our organization has successfully implemented many innovative projects of sustainable development. All initiatives of ugam foundation are the brainchild of  Jalanayk Bhai Sampatrao Pawar  who is working in the field of water conservation, human resources development, youth development, drought eliminations and overall rural development for past 45 years. Baliraja Dam is the first dam build by people under the guidance of Sampatrao Pawar where he has implemented the concept of water bank. Tyre dam in memory of Baba Amte, Agrani river rejuvenation, Battle against Poverty (BAP Project), Public Fodder Camp & 1942-Kranti Smriti Van are some of his unique projects.

Ugam Foundation focuses on enhancing learning (Shiksha), health and gender education (Shakti), and voice and agency (Abhivyakti) for adolescent girls through programs in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), women's leadership, and anganwadis.
