The organisation focuses on key areas like education, healthcare, agriculture, gender equality, and youth development, starting with an initial effort to address extreme hunger in the region by providing food to those in need. Sindhutai laid the foundation for future initiatives by acquiring nine acres of land during a difficult time in her life. Recognising the importance of maternal and child health, the organisation expanded its efforts to include access to medical care and support for pregnant women. These early interventions set the stage for the organisation’s long-term mission to support and empower the region's most vulnerable communities.
