Yashaswi Academy for Skills, a division of the Yashaswi Group, has evolved from over 25 years of expertise in human resource consultancy, recruitment, Read more and resource planning. The Group has significantly expanded its scope, venturing into management and technical education, manpower supply, and the empowerment of rural and underprivileged communities. The Academy is aligned with the National Skill Development Mission and operates the Maharashtra Skill Development Centre in Ambad, Jalna, in partnership with MSBTE. This facility focuses on providing essential skill development programs. Initially rooted in Pune, the Yashaswi Group has grown into a nationwide organization offering services across various industries. Yashaswi Institute of Skill Development (YISD), affiliated with MSBTE and approved by the Maharashtra Government, further extends this mission, promoting the “Learn and Earn” model in sectors like pharmaceuticals, logistics, food, retail, and hospitality.

Apprenticeship Training Programme
It serves as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) for nationwide apprenticeship programs under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Education. It facilitates the engagement of technical and non-technical graduates as well as diploma holders in apprenticeship schemes, ensuring compliance with regulations. Its activities include mobilizing apprentices, assisting employers in developing curricula and certifications, managing monthly stipends, arranging insurance coverage, and addressing grievances through the NAPS portal. Additionally, it handles formalities for apprentices' participation in national certification tests, aiming to enhance skills and employment opportunities.

Hotel Management and Catering Skill Centre
It focuses on skill development in hotel management and catering, addressing the demand for trained professionals in the hospitality industry. Collaborating with MSIHMCT, it offers a comprehensive program covering key aspects of the sector. To provide practical training, it operates facilities such as a hotel, banquet hall, cafeteria, auditorium, and restaurant. The programs include training in food and beverage services, housekeeping, room attendant roles, craft baking, and front office operations, equipping individuals with essential skills for employment in the industry.
