Sampathi Foundation works towards health, education, women and children's empowerment in coordination with schools, other NGOs, Government hospitals a Read morend other organisations. It encourages the role of youth in community development. With the outbreak of COVID-19, it is working towards creating awareness on the do's and dont's to prevent the spread of the virus. It is also working to provide food and milk to the underprivileged community that has lost their work, and daily wage due to the sudden nationwide lockdown and struggling to meet ends.

Sampathi Foundation is committed to providing food, education, and empowerment to orphaned children and women, and alleviating poverty in slums and rural areas across India. Presently, the foundation focuses on providing food to underprivileged children and people in Hyderabad's slums to combat hunger and save lives.
