BSST have conducted surveys that reveal issues like illiteracy, lack of awareness about essential health, education, and human rights services, and problems related to sanitation, hygiene, and healthcare. To address these challenges, the organisation arranges health camps offering free checkups, vaccinations, and educational camps to empower women and youth to choose alternative careers. It provides information on scientific agriculture and husbandry to improve people's agricultural and economic well-being.

Women and Child Awareness Program
This program is focused on empowering women and children in rural areas, aiming to educate them and bring about positive change. The program includes meetings and seminars to provide knowledge about the legal rights of women and children. Approximately 50 youths have received training through this initiative. In the second stage, these trained youths educate uneducated women about their legal rights. The program also emphasises children's rights, particularly addressing child labour issues. To further engage the rural population and raise awareness, the organisation proposes organising a "Legal-cum-Health mela" during events like polio vaccination day and Republic Day, as rural residents often lack knowledge of their legal rights and potential solutions.
