    According to Nidan, these women are more equipped to start market-based income-generating ventures since they can access new resources and abilities. With the help of our suggested interventions, women will be able to: break through household gender stereotypes; gain more self-assurance and mobility to enter the workforce; have greater access to information, skills, resources, and income gains; and take coordinated action to advance laws, policies, and financial institutions that are inclusive of all genders.

    To perform an emergency market mapping and evaluation study to discover sustainable livelihoods, Nidan developed a Google form questionnaire and initiated a survey of SHG members through the Nidan Shramik Sathi app.
