After a distressing situation, the Deaf Leaders Foundation was created out of necessity with a strong purpose. Due to their deafness, the founders ex Read moreperienced excessive prejudice at work and were denied equality in both the workplace and other spheres of life. Thousands of lives have been empowered by their choice to speak up for themselves and the deaf community as a whole. Since DLF was established in 2004, we have worked to create sustainable livelihoods and encourage lifelong learning in every generation. To establish a fair partnership between the hearing and the deaf that is characterised by strength, opportunity, and dignity. Create a sustainable means of subsistence for the next generation by providing top-notch education.
