Life Skill Programme
Adolescents receive life skills education in specific schools and communities with the goal of boosting their self-esteem and educating them about their rights and entitlements. In the year 2000, this program was first introduced for the teenage ladies enrolled in the Madurai Corporation schools. Since then, a number of changes have been made in response to recommendations made by the teenagers who participated in the program. In 2016, the programβwhich is being implemented as a life skill through sportsβwas launched in collaboration with the NAZ India Foundation. Through this initiative, almost 1500 teenage girls are currently reached.

Capacity Building
More than just training, capacity building is seen as a continuous process that helps people, groups, organizations, and communities become better at recognizing and addressing development obstacles so they may advance toward realizing their rights. Exposure visits and scheduled training are used to further this process. Gender is the overarching problem across all three of the bigger headings under which the theme areas are categorized.
Gender and Governance: Encouraging women to assume leadership and participate
Human rights and gender: knowledge of women's rights and legal literacy.
Gender and Masculinities: Understanding the importance of achieving gender parity and the positive contribution that men may make to this endeavour.
