In many schools, children sit quietly in class, repeating what’s in the book. They don’t get a chance to lead, create, or even speak their mind. When you grow up like this, you start to believe your ideas are not important.

Last year, in one of our Junoon schools, there was a boy named Aarav. He was 12 and almost invisible in class. He never raised his hand, and even during games, he stayed at the back. In his first Junoon session, the teacher asked students to share one small change they wanted in their community. Aarav hesitated, but finally whispered, “I want our park to have swings again.” A few months later, he was leading a small team to speak to the local authorities. The park now has two swings — and Aarav now speaks without looking down.

But Aarav is just one story. The truth is bigger:

• 80% of government school children in India get little or no chance to build skills beyond textbooks.

• 21st-century skills like leadership, creativity, and confidence are missing from their everyday learning.

Without these, they are unprepared for real-world challenges and opportunities.

The Junoon Program changes this. With just one school, we bring:

• A year-long curriculum with weekly sessions.

• Training for teachers and student leaders.

• Platforms for children to showcase their work and ideas.

For ₹15,000, one entire school (about 50–100 children) can run Junoon for a full year.

These funds will cover the curriculum planner, teacher training, student showcases, and creative materials needed to run the program in the choosen School.
