Story
" Project Hunger Free " was launched by Galaxy Social Welfare Organization on 25th May 2021 with a mission to make Dhubri , Assam people Hunger-Free. We are continuously working on this project with the help of our 200 Volunteers across Dhubri district which helps us to reach the underprivileged poor people of the district who stay days after days & nights without food on the roadside or even on the railway stations.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a huge number of people became workless & homeless & many became orphans we are helping them by providing foodstuff & rations or even cooked meals.
Till today after the launch of this project, we have provided benefits to around 5500* families irrespective of their any caste & religion & we are reaching more & more people day by day to serve the community.
We have targeted to help around 5000 families.
