Support a fellowship journey with grassroots of India

Hi, I'm Chinmayee.

I'm an India Fellow currently living in Nainital, Uttarakhand, and working with Aarohi, a grassroots organization serving remote mountain communities.

Over the past several months, I’ve been listening, learning, and contributing—understanding public health gaps, building trust, and witnessing the resilience of people in these remote villages. This journey has transformed how I see my role in society and the world around me.

Why I’m Fundraising ?

As a cohort, we are raising ₹13,00,000 out of which the first ₹5,00,000 will be raised for the Team vision foundation to support the education of 50 deserving underprivileged students—children of Visually impaired parents. and the remaining ₹800,000 will be raised for the travel workshop—covering travel, food, stay, and materials.

My personal goal is ₹ 75,000, of which I’ve already raised ₹ 11,000 through early support.

This fundraiser is about supporting grassroots of india as well as investing in a larger network of young changemakers grounded in empathy, equity, and action.

By contributing, you’re helping amplify voices from the field, including the invisible workforce migrating from rural areas and the resilient hill communities I work with in Uttarakhand.
