Our partner identification and due diligence framework is designed to assess nonprofitss on compliance, capability, and program readiness. Each partner is reviewed against a consistent set of criteria before onboarding.

Legal status, registrations, and statutory requirements

Financial statements and filings

Governance structures and decision-making oversight

Operational practices, systems, and internal controls

Evaluation Factors

Beyond compliance, we assess program and delivery readiness through:

  • Program metrics, as defined under the Logical Framework Approach (LFA)
  • Past project experience and demonstrated execution capability
  • Organisational capacity to scale and meet program needs

MoU Development & Onboarding

For shortlisted partners, we support structured onboarding through MoU development that defines:

  • Scope of engagement and deliverables
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Timelines, KPIs, and reporting requirements
