Creative Action for Rural Development (CARD) originated from the collaboration of socially aware individuals, professionals, and young female leaders Read morededicated to pioneering and human-centered development approaches. The founders advocated for development devoid of religious influence, stressing that transformative changes must originate from within communities themselves. This guiding principle remains fundamental to CARD's endeavors. The organisation envisages a world where every individual is entitled to live freely and with dignity, acknowledging and respecting diverse gender and sexual orientations. Embracing the values of inclusive and sustainable societies, CARD endeavors to create environments where freedom, diversity, and sustainability converge, nurturing equitable and vibrant communities. Its mission revolves around forming alliances with pioneers in innovative development initiatives, aiming to address persistent social challenges through empowering individuals and communities at the grassroots level. The organisation promotes the establishment of community-based organisations as a potent catalyst for sustainable development, advocating for collective action in areas such as socio-economic empowerment, education, and healthcare. CARD is committed to nurturing leadership, solidarity, and inclusivity among its members to address their concerns and foster equitable development.

  • Social Programmes

    The community had a vibrant calendar brimming with engaging social activities, including visits from esteemed professionals, in-house networking sessions, charity events, and social gatherings like lunches and dinners. These events aimed to enrich work life while fostering new connections. Notably, on March 8, 2020, a seminar themed "FIGHT FOR RIGHTS" was scheduled to celebrate International Women's Day. Additionally, from April 5 to 14, 2020, a special event focusing on "DALIT EMPOWERMENT FOR LEADING AND RULING" was planned in collaboration with the National Alliance of NGOs. Finally, on May 31, 2020, a significant event centered around fundraising and excellence awards took place, providing an exciting platform for participation.
