The Employment programme of ORF aims to provide dignified work for all, focusing on youth empowerment through skill development and entrepreneurship promotion. It invests in scalable and sustainable businesses, offering support such as coaching, counselling, and vocational training to prepare youth for employment. Collaborating with both public and private sectors, ORF works towards creating inclusive livelihoods, exemplified by initiatives like Project Swabalambi, empowering marginalized women entrepreneurs, and the Odisha Tribal Women Entrepreneurship Network (OTWEN), uplifting tribal communities through skill development and market connectivity.
