  • Environmental Programme

    The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation actively encourages and supports the annual organisation of tree-planting initiatives. Aligned with one of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Climate Action, these endeavours strive to collectively build a greener and more resilient future capable of thriving in an ever-changing world. Furthermore, the imparting of knowledge regarding the importance of tree planting and its contribution to environmental preservation constitutes an integral component of educational initiatives, ensuring that students grasp its vital role in safeguarding the planet.

  • Hamari Asha Programme

    Hamari Asha empowers women from diverse backgrounds, fostering economic independence through collaborative projects. This initiative enhances self-esteem and confidence, promoting personal growth. Gender equality is crucial for a just society, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Hamari Asha trains rural women in crafting decorative items like diyas, bags, candles, and jute products, enabling livelihoods and bolstering self-assurance. Its skillful craftsmanship yields substantial profits, especially during festive periods, offering hope and showcasing its talent on par with established brands.

  • Education Programme

    The initiatives include the Asha Education Centre, which offers hope to rural children from impoverished or migrant families through remedial education. These centres not only educate disadvantaged children but also train and employ local women as teachers. Additionally, Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir (RMVM), established in 1992 under RKMF, empowers rural India through quality education, serving around 1,700 students from playschool to Class 12. RKMF, with Hero FinCorp CSR's support, introduces teacher training programmes to enhance Government school teachers' abilities, and Saksham Haryana, supported by Hero MotoCorp CSR, brings technology-driven solutions like smart classes and tablets to enhance learning experiences in Haryana's rural public schools, narrowing the urban-rural educational gap.

  • Skill Development Programme

    The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation (RKMF) remains committed to the cause of empowering rural India, exemplified through several initiatives aimed at equipping individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds with new skills. Notable among these programs are Jeevika, which has enabled over 3,200 individuals to secure employment in garment manufacturing units, Hunar, dedicated to training and nurturing skilled professionals, and Ek Pahal, which has provided scooter riding training to more than 8,000 girls. These initiatives have made a significant impact, fostering self-sufficiency and entrepreneurship in numerous Haryana villages

  • Community Development Program

    The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation (RKMF) advocates for the principle that each individual should contribute to their local community, representing the essence of humanity and the foundation of civilization. To display this vision, numerous collaborative initiatives with both national and regional Governments have been launched. These endeavours are primarily dedicated to uplifting rural communities across the nation, all of which align with at least one of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Projects encompass the provision of potable water, construction of groundwater recharging and irrigation check dams, installation of solar street lighting systems in villages, and the promotion of financial literacy.

  • Covid - 19 Relief Initiatives

    During adversity, RKMF partnered with local authorities to raise COVID-19 awareness and aid rural communities. They distributed 30,000+ food ration kits, supported by Hero MotoCorp, Hero Future Energies, and Hero FinCorp. 10,000 meals were served in Rewari and Gurugram, funded by Hero MotoCorp and BML Munjal University. RKMF helped Gurugram's migrant labourers with 2,000 hygiene kits and distributed 300,000 face masks in nine rural villages via Hero FinCorp's CSR initiative. It introduced a web-based monitoring app, donated an Oxygen PSA plant to Kosli Civil Hospital, and supplied 70 oxygen concentrators to COVID-19 care centres. An oxygen concentrator bank for nearby villages was funded by Hero FinCorp.
