Saksham Bharat is an initiative aimed at ensuring continuity of education. The programme touches primary, higher and senior students in schools in a bid to encourage them to pursue education through talent recognitions, youth camps, seminars and talent hunts. Routine interaction with parents and teachers is maintained besides ensuring success through periodic aptitude tests, extra-curricular activities and sports etc.

This programme works to provide healthcare services to rural communities in India. It offers medical check-ups, diagnostic tests and health camps to raise awareness about preventive healthcare and promote healthy lifestyles. The programme has a team of healthcare professionals and volunteers who work together to provide affordable healthcare services, improve hygiene and sanitation practices, establish water filtration plants and public toilets.

Nipun Bharat programme aims to provide education and vocational training to underprivileged youth in India. The program aims to empower young people with skills and knowledge that will help them secure better job opportunities and improve their socio-economic status. Nipun Bharat offers courses in various fields, including IT, healthcare, hospitality, and agriculture and provides training and certification to participants.

Initial healthcare support to villages which are not having PHC

Srijan is a thought, a pledge to transform India and its people, especially those who are living on the edge, who are marginalized and deprived of the basic education, basic health facilities and last not the least who have no financial and social security to make a decent and dignified living. We work to establish a sustainable governance model towards a holistic development of rural villages in the field of education, health awareness and skills development. We cater to all age groups, gender, caste, religions of India and try to make them self-sufficient and independent. Our project’s aim is to provide digital and high-quality education in government schools of rural India to increase continuity of education among underprivileged children and make the youths employable by improving their vocational skills along with increased health awareness of the elderly. Education & livelihood are key pillars of any economy and if the gaps are not addressed at the earliest then India could be left behind in terms of sustainability/growth. Our approach is to systematically understand issues at the ground level of rural India and then deploy existing idea to make the self-reliant villages by adopting them by the supporting of native locals. (b) Build a network and team or local youths (livelihood creation) who can eventually be entrepreneurs to run our centres. (c) Build and handover long term sustainability plans to the local administration after successful implementation of the project. (d) Bring data driven decision making using technology that would help us analyse the impact and continuously improve our model. (e) Build a state of art technology based Mohalla Education & Health Centres that would be one of kind in rural India. We would aim to achieve the objectives to build a sustainable operational model by (a) Building a realistic and sustainable long-term vision that is relatable to the local youths & natives. (b) Leverage the already trained and available resources that have gone through the learning curve. Use their knowledge and experience to expand the Srijan working model. (c) Develop a strong local connect of youths. Aim would be to train them and get them ready as entrepreneurs to run the local centres/model. (d) Involve local stakeholders to maintain continuity and monitor progress. (e) Involving people and corporate(s) from various background to support the project further making is financial stable and sustainable. Opportunity is to develop a sustainable model that supports the entire village ecosystem. Well documented project results & impact can help us get support from not only from a range of external stakeholders/donors but also beneficiaries. (a) Develop a very strong local connect and involve the key stakeholders from Day 1 of the project initiation. (b) Develop a strong communication strategy so that our project results/impacts can be shared with a large audience/beneficiary. (c) Diversify funding sources: The most important aspect of sustainability is to diversify our donor base and to develop long term partnerships with donors to support our endeavour. We try not just look at the traditional donor agencies but explore new opportunities as well.
