ECHO India collaborates with Government and non-governmental organisations, school leaders, mentors, and administrators to continuously mentor and improve the quality of education. Programmes supported by ECHO India include empowering educators in Assam through Samagra Shiksha, student engagement strategies at Muktangan Education Trust, math and science innovation with thiMk, environmental awareness with APNGC, medication safety with DSPRUD, and leadership development with RUSA Tamil Nadu.

ECHO India adopts the innovative ECHO model to bridge healthcare gaps in India. Through teleconferencing technology, primary care clinicians connect with specialist teams, creating a collaborative learning community. This aligns with the Government's push for digital access and improved broadband infrastructure. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ECHO India redirected its efforts to address public health needs. The launch of the Nursing Vertical further strengthens healthcare by providing training and upskilling opportunities for nurses nationwide. These initiatives cater to the growing demand for specialized care, ensuring patients receive quality treatment.
