Making the Difference (MTD), an Indian non-profit organization, was established in 2015 by Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma, driven by the determination to make Read more a positive impact on the environment and the lives of those in need, particularly underprivileged children. Today, MTD operates through various projects, each contributing to its mission. WHEEL focuses on raising menstrual awareness through Project Lajja, while Kill Hunger provides nutrition and healthcare support to disadvantaged communities. BloodDoNation facilitates blood donations, and Project GyanDaan works towards fighting illiteracy through Open Schools. Additionally, MTD is involved in environmental initiatives such as Kinaara (beach-cleaning) and Shoonya (Waste Management).


Issue

Significant quantities of urban surplus and discarded materials constitute a substantial portion of unused waste, while rural communities continue to grapple with scarcity and associated challenges.
