Samata Foundation

Samata Foundation, established in 2006, is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, of 1950, and the Society Registrati Read moreon Act, of 1860. Samata Foundation endeavors the development of the less privileged and unorganized sector viz., Construction Labour, Migrant Labour, Domestic Workers, Dalits, Economically Backward People, etc. through its various projects. It envisages strengthening society to achieve substantial growth, progress, and development through education and vocational training.   Samata Foundation believes in the saying that “Education and Health care given at the right time and right place shall lead to economic development” Hence its focus is to develop less privileged people mentioned above, particularly in the areas of education and health. Samata Foundation endeavors for the development of the less privileged through schooling programs, student adoption, and health check-up program. It also aids to get various schemes of government to reach the economically backward class people, students, and youths thus promoting awareness of employment and self-employment, social awareness, development on environmental importance, and upliftment of social well-being.
