Programs

  • SHWET - An artisan led initiative

Shwet is a brand for high Lucknow chikankari items that are lovingly crafted by female artists who participate in self-help organisations. We produce confident, self-assured, and leadership-ready entrepreneurs who go on to employ other women from impoverished and rural communities.

Our craftsmen are guaranteed to possess the following skills: leadership, self-assurance, marketing strategies, product administration, exhibition support, and Chikankari artwork.

Currently, over 500 women are connected to us and are effectively supporting themselves.

  • Bal Srijan

The main goal of this project is to provide traumatised street, slum, and runaway children with a safe space. We strive to instil in them a sense of resilience so they may overcome the malpractices by combining enjoyment with education. Refining a child's education, health, and diet for a safe and secure life is the main goal. Benefits including bank accounts, birth certificates, Adhar cards, access to government programmes, skill development, and family counselling are all provided on par. These activities are all carried out at Bal Gurukuls and ANTYODAYs. Throughout the process, three methods are applied.
