The organisation, dedicated to health awareness and rural development, conducts innovative awareness activities on chronic and seasonal diseases. It strives to enlighten the public in Khammam, Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Mahabubabad, and Warangal Districts of Telangana State, along with Krishna District in Andhra Pradesh State, aiming to create informed communities and contribute to public health initiatives.

The organisation focuses on healthcare projects, implementing initiatives such as diabetic prevention and awareness campaigns, as well as the establishment and maintenance of safe drinking water units. Through these activities, it aims to address health-related issues and contribute to the well-being of the communities it serves.

The organisation undertakes skill development activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. It not only organises these skill development initiatives but also extends support by facilitating placements for the trained candidates. Through this programme, it contributes to enhancing the employability of individuals, aligning with broader national efforts in skill development and employment.

Society for Health Awareness and Rural Enlightenment conducts free coaching and training programmes in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Society for Health Awareness and Rural Enlightenment operates "Sakhi for Women," serving as a comprehensive one-stop centre. This initiative provides crucial support to women facing any form of violence, offering services such as counselling, legal advice, police assistance, short-term accommodation, medical aid, and more. Through Sakhi, it endeavours to create a safe and supportive environment for women in distress, addressing various aspects of their well-being and ensuring timely assistance in emergencies.
