It’s working for the dev Read moreelopment of tribal and rural community for the past 30 years in Udumalpet Block of Tirupur District and Coimbatore District Tamilnadu South India. We are pioneering in tribal development and recognized as first and best NGO. We are bonded with our values as Results, Respect, Integrity, Team Work, Excellency and Transparence. Mission Build empowered and self reliant people group of tribal, rural poor, small farmers, women, children and youth in the CHDP adopted areas of Tamilnadu by enhancing the capacity of CHDP staffs and evolving sustainable development programs focused on Gender, Equality, Human rights and Environmental Protection through people’s participation. Vision CHDP envisions society that based on a just sustainable order, a society where all downtrodden groups, tribal, rural poor, slum dwellers, unorganized sectors of women, youth and children and agricultural workers collectively participated in alternative socio economic cultural and political development programs based on the principals of justice, equality, liberty and fraternity.

Programs

  • Child Nutrition

    Every youngster should have access to wholesome meals, in our opinion. In addition to providing resources to help them overcome the obstacles that lead to malnutrition, we collaborate with families and communities to increase awareness of the value of a healthy diet. Our initiatives are centred around feeding families wholesome meals, teaching them about good eating practices, and making sure kids get the medical attention they require to support their development.

    As a result of our efforts, the health and well-being of the kids in our community have significantly improved. To assist more children and families in need, we are dedicated to carrying out our work and broadening our reach.

  • Tribal Women Empowerment

    A wide range of economic activities, including as small company development, handicrafts, and agriculture, are the subjects of our programmes. In addition to working with local authorities and organisations to establish market connections that guarantee their products are in demand, we offer women entrepreneurs training, tools, and assistance to help them launch and expand their enterprises.

    The lives of indigenous women in the area have significantly improved as a result of our initiatives. Women who have taken part in our programmes have mentioned improvements in their relationships with their families and communities, increased income, and enhanced confidence and self-esteem.
