Originally established in 2004 with the vision of Dr. APJ Kalam, Lead India 2020 aimed to empower youth and propel India into a developed nation by 20 Read more20 through the "Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao" (ABDB) training program. The organization has achieved remarkable success, impacting over 18 lakh students, 7000 schools, and numerous teachers and principals. To extend its reach nationwide, it has evolved into the Lead India Foundation (LIF), emphasizing transparency, professional management, and high ethical standards. LIF is now dedicated to implementing a clear vision and strategy with a focus on achieving measurable, time-bound outcomes beyond 2030. While LIF works on youth development in general, it places particular emphasis on the age group of 10-18 years.

Lead India Foundation's reach extends across 11 states, covering 51 districts, and has made a substantial impact. It has reached 7,011 schools, benefiting 1,842,501 students, and has provided professional development to 6,320 teachers and 3,102 principals. This broad effort has empowered 7,011 change agents committed to enhancing their communities and beyond.

  • Training Programmes

    Lead India Foundation (LIF) offers the "Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao" (ABDB) programme, rooted in the Acharya-Kalam Transformation Model. ABDB is a holistic educational initiative aimed at personal transformation, covering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, with a strong focus on instilling human values, including yoga and meditation techniques. LIF also conducts Training of Trainers (TOT) programmes. The ABDB programmes are customized for various groups, such as school and college students, youth, teachers, and employees, each with specific objectives. Furthermore, LIF promotes Foundational Numeracy and Literacy (FLN) to enhance practical math, science, and English skills for everyday use.
