Operation & Management of Shelter Homes
It operates and manages shelter homes constructed under the central government's Shelter for Urban Homeless Scheme, providing basic infrastructure and livelihood opportunities for those without housing in cities. The homes are handed over to NGOs for four years before municipal corporations take over maintenance. In Uttar Pradesh, it oversees shelter homes in cities like Banda, Mahoba, and Shikohabad, ensuring smooth operation and management.

It participates in the Atal Bhujal Yojana as a District Implementation Partner in Banda district, Uttar Pradesh, aiming to enhance groundwater management and recharge. Through activities like mapping groundwater sources, raising awareness about water conservation, and developing water security plans, it works to mitigate water wastage and increase groundwater levels in 11 allocated Gram Panchayats.
