For 11-year-old Ravi (name changed) a normal day would start before the sun rose and involved carrying heavy loads up a narrow staircase, in a ramshackle building filled with clouds of toxic smoke. And work rarely ended before nine or ten at night. “The fumes in the stone-polishing factory were such that I would choke and feel suffocated all day long. There was a time when I fell from the first floor and had I not caught onto the railing, I am not sure what would have happened. To make every child's dreams come true to meet this objective we will teach each student of construction workers and poor students presently around our neighbourhood and in future, we will expand to other areas. To meet this we will need more funds which we will arrange in a long-term plan. We presently give free coaching classes to the students of MP Board and CBSE from classes 1st to 12th. We are also getting children of construction workers admitted to various government and private schools who otherwise will be wasting their time in roaming here and there. So far 500 students from our coaching classes have passed 12th class boards from MP Board and CBSE with 1st division. Many of these students have passed BCOM, MCOM AND MBA. Thus with our small efforts the life of these poor students is coming to mainstream and thus helping in building the nation.

For the last 14 years, we were able to provide free coaching classes because teaching facilities like a classroom and other infrastructure were being provided by Raj Homes Industries free of cost. Now our present classroom has been demolished by the Raj homes builder who provided its class room facilities for renovation and marketing complex. Therefore we have no space for teaching the students. are filling lost without our coaching support during these crucial times.  
 Our short-term action plan is to make one classroom-ready duly furnished near the colony of children of construction workers and poor society. To arrange these facilities we need funds for the rent of the classroom and funds for purchasing 25 students tables and chairs, a blackboard and some funds for students' welfare.  
 The students who are not able to attend classes and get guidance will start getting teaching support from us and enhance their performance in school and exams. It will be a big help to these students in building their carrier
