For a mother who has spent her entire life loving and raising her child, being beaten and mercilessly thrown out onto the streets by her own son is too heartbreaking to overcome. But this is a common story among the elderly residents of the Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram. “I’ve seen mothers in old and torn clothes, their bodies smelling and their hands and feet rotting and covered in maggots,” shares Dr. G.P. This results in hunger and the loss of productive learning during the first half of the day. Presently 5,000 - 6,000 people are being served free food daily in Different Government hospitals.Hot Nutritious and Healthy Meals are prepared in our automatic kitchen gas fired and steam cooked in very highly clean hygienic atmosphere and transported to the destinations.We offer meals every day to poor care takers of the patients at NIMHANS, Jayadeva, Jayanagar, C V Raman, ESI Hospital and at Nirguna Mandir. Responding to the need we are planning to expand to 10,000 Meals every day.
