21 lakh Indians have been supported by 130+ NGO partners across India
THE staggering distress caused by coronavirus in India is unfolding on a continuous basis. From the start, we have been supporting our NGO partners providing Covid-relief and trying to ease the suffering of families caught in the eye of the pandemic storm – with donations from you.
We have also received support from corporates, HNIs and philanthropic foundations and many donations through Facebook, especially for our ‘I for India’ fundraiser. All this makes up our India COVID Response Fund from which we have been making regular disbursements for Covid-relief work.
Here is an update on what has been achieved so far from total disbursements of ₹51.24 crore made by us up until the end of this week.
With the surge in the number of cases and the continuing lockdown, there is a lot more work to be done on the ground. Please continue to support Give, share this post with your network and urge them to make a contribution to our fund for Covid relief.

Hi Sara Adhikari,
In times of coronavirus, GiveIndia is helping those in need. Everyone should band together and shine some hope.
In a matter of mere weeks, COVID-19 has wiped out global gains and taken its toll on almost every aspect of society. It’s difficult time for everyone and more difficult for low-income families.
Even we at <a href="https://www.prayaascorps.com/" Prayaas Corps are trying to reach the needy. We have helped 40 families at Mansarovar with dry ration kits through our Emergency Relief service during this pandemic. Do give us a visit.
Thanks for writing this blog. We need more organization s like GiveIndia for serving the nation.
