Since 2010, our "Skills to Succeed" initiative in India is empowering youth and women from economically weaker sections and persons with disabilities by equipping them with skills needed for high-demand job sectors. The rapid pace and scale of technological changes are disrupting labor markets and fundamentally altering the future of work. It is with these challenges in mind that we are strategizing our Corporate Citizenship efforts–Inclusion in the Digital Economy.

Dr. Reddy’s Foundation works with specially-abled people, equipping them with soft skills to seek employment. Accenture is a proud partner of this foundation that helps aspirants achieve their dreams and secure a job. Together, the initiative is promoting inclusivity and enabling its beneficiaries taste the joy of earning their livelihood.

TRRAIN’s Pankh program enables people with disabilities to become employable in the retail sector. Through its 45-day program, this initiative transforms lives of its target group and helps them become independent.
Accenture became a partner in this initiative to help the foundation structure its scalability and craft an end-to-end digital learning methodology, thereby, enriching the learning process. With this partnership, the initiative has transformed over 800 lives and helped its participants find a new identity.

Accenture is a proud partner of CAF and Craftizen’s initiative which works with specially-abled people and helps them acquire handicraft skills which are employable. This initiative utilizes recyclable materials and teaches its beneficiaries to create usable craft items out of them.

READ India is enabling rural women to be independent through its teaching programs. These programs are helping women gain employable skills such as local handicrafts so that they can stand on their two feet. Accenture serves as a mentor to READ India and is enabling the organization to be self-sustained in the long-term. It is helping the foundation that helps women be independent, become independent.

Quest Alliance, along with Accenture, is encouraging marginalized youngsters to learn on their own using technology-driven digital self-learning, classroom group activities, gamified assessment and more to impart essential life skills.

Anudip Foundation is helping underserved youth and marginalized women overcome their circumstances by training them for in-demand digital jobs. Partnering with Accenture, the organization has helped digitize the curriculum as well as reinvent the ways the target group learns. Through this partnership, over 85,000 women and youth have found the means to lead better lives and are now shaping the future of new-age technology.
