We do not work alone. We harness the reach of governments – both state and local, the experience of non-profits, the passion of our employees and the indomitable will and ingenuity of our communities. In partnership with them, we:
* Research, Analyse, Distil : Backed by scientific rigour, we study the multi-dimensional nature of poverty and vulnerabilities in a particular area/geography.
* Co-create : Working with communities, local governments and on-ground partners, we co-design solutions and models that turn vulnerabilities into opportunities.
* Review, Reflect, Refine : Each solution is held to a rigorous evaluation. Mapped scientifically against indicators, frequent feedback loops allow for swift course correction.
* Delve into community leadership : Listening and learning from our communities, we support them to take charge and lead change.
* Scaling inclusive models 'built for impact and built to last’ : Once impact is evident, findings are shared with stakeholders, encouraging them to adopt, adapt and scale these models.
Fundamental to our approach is the recognition of technology as a force multiplier and its deployment as a key instrument of transformational change.
