    Description

    Saksham empowers vulnerable and marginalized communities by equipping individuals with skills and opportunities to become self-reliant and realize their full potential. The program focuses on identifying, nurturing, and supporting children, youth, and adults to achieve social acceptance and integration within their communities.

    Through sustainable CSR efforts, Saksham aims to strengthen the social and financial standing of individuals, enabling them to become socially responsible citizens and agents of change. Transforming the life of one individual creates a ripple effect, bringing stability to their immediate family and uplifting future generations. By enhancing knowledge and skills, Saksham fosters long-term progress, helping families ascend to higher social and economic levels.

    * Satya Bharti Quality Support Program - This program focuses on the holistic development of children by enhancing the overall quality of education in 530 government schools across six states.

    * Gurushala Program - A nationwide initiative designed to create a collaborative learning space for educators. The program equips teachers with innovative teaching methodologies and the skills to seamlessly integrate technology into their classrooms.

    * Smart Agri Program - Transforming traditional agricultural practices, this program enhances the livelihoods of small farmers across 10 states. By promoting sustainable farming techniques, deploying IoT solutions, and leveraging technology for better information access, it aims to make agriculture smarter and more efficient.

    * Indus Towers Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities - This initiative promotes equality and inclusivity by providing scholarships to 180 students with disabilities aged 14-30 years in 17 states. Support includes transportation, accommodation, study materials, and assistive devices, tailored to individual needs.

    * Scholarship Program for Higher Education - This program supports 101 academically bright yet financially constrained students who have secured admission to prestigious institutions in India to pursue engineering.

    * Girl Child Education Program - Dedicated to providing high-quality education to girls aged 6-14 years in rural areas, this program establishes and manages learning centers in 11 states, ensuring their successful transition into mainstream education.

    * Project Nurture - This initiative offers long-term, family-based care to destitute and parentless children in 17 states. It focuses on their holistic development by providing access to quality education, basic amenities, and emotional support to build a strong foundation for their future.

    * Digital Transformation Van Initiative - Operating in three states, this initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by offering ICT skills and digital literacy training. It provides education, entrepreneurship training, and access to public services, empowering communities through technology.

    * Library in Classroom Initiative - This unique intervention sets up wall-mounted libraries in schools across seven states. Each library includes over 100 multilingual storybooks with captivating stories and illustrations, encouraging children to engage with reading in an interactive way.

    * Digital Skill Development Program - In collaboration with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, this program enhances digital literacy among dependents of J&K police martyrs, equipping them with skills to improve their employment prospects.

    Description

    Pragati goes beyond supporting individuals and their immediate communities, aiming to address systemic gaps and foster a more effective and efficient ecosystem. Its interventions are designed not only to enhance quality of life but also to strengthen the broader ecosystem, driving meaningful and lasting change.

    The program incorporates local community needs assessments to identify and address social gaps, ensuring a significant and far-reaching impact on society. Pragati adopts a collective approach to tackle challenges in community development, emphasizing co-creation, collaboration with local teams, and a focus on long-term sustainability.

    * Digital Health Kiosk This program focuses on enhancing primary healthcare services by strengthening existing facilities. As part of this initiative, 44 Health ATMs are being installed across Uttar Pradesh to address gaps in basic healthcare access.

    * Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation - To support healthcare infrastructure during crises, a Medical Oxygen Generator Plant with a capacity of 200 LPM was installed in Dehradun to bolster Community Health Centers. Additionally, in Mumbai, Indus facilitated logistics and provided a Mobile Health Van to assist the government’s vaccination drives and other health initiatives, benefiting local communities.

    * Energy Access for Livelihood - This initiative aims to improve livelihoods by providing alternative electricity sources to over 290 weavers in Uttar Pradesh. The program has helped increase their productivity and income by extending their working hours.

    * Mobile Ambulance Health Van - In collaboration with the government, Indus provided 10 ambulance vans to serve critical areas in Kerala, Gujarat, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh, benefiting health centers and hospitals in these regions.

    * Support to Paraplegic Rehabilitation Center - Indus supports paraplegic rehabilitation centers in Pune and Mohali, aiding in the rehabilitation and empowerment of 106 ex-servicemen through institutionalized care and treatment.

    * Har Ghar Tiranga - Indus actively participated in the Government of India’s Har Ghar Tiranga initiative to raise awareness about the Indian national flag. The company distributed 28,000 flags in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai to support the campaign.
