Additionally, the Design Impact Programme engages youth in applying design thinking to create meaningful social impact.
Over the years, the Company has deliberately focused its CSR efforts in aspirational districts and blocks where it can drive significant change. Education - Special Focus on Girl Child
Description* Titan Kanya - The Titan Kanya initiative is dedicated to empowering 10,000 girl children through direct involvement by Titan, supported by the contributions of employees and business associates. These girls come from diverse backgrounds, including urban, rural, and tribal areas—often from remote regions with limited access to education. Beyond providing academic support and ensuring school attendance and improved academic performance, Titan Kanya actively engages with families and community stakeholders.
* Kanya Sampoorna - The Kanya Sampoorna program supports schoolgirls across various age groups, enhancing their learning experience through a comprehensive approach. Key components include functional literacy and numeracy, science education, adolescent education, life skills development, and educational counseling. The program is implemented in collaboration with two partner organizations, operating across two states, to ensure effective delivery and impact.
* Science Experiential Learning Initiative - The Science Experiential Learning Initiative aims to provide students from Grades V to IX with enhanced, hands-on learning experiences in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Using interactive models, the program fosters a deeper understanding of scientific concepts. As part of this initiative, Titan, in collaboration with Agastya International Foundation, has launched three Mobile Science Labs (MSLs) to bring engaging science education directly to students.
* Titan Scholarship Scheme - Launched in 1992, the Titan Scholarship Scheme aims to support and encourage meritorious students from economically underprivileged backgrounds. Skilling and Placement of Less Privileged Youth
Description* Titan LeAP - Launched in 2015, Titan LeAP began as a program to train youth at dedicated centers. Over time, it evolved into a hub-and-spoke model, addressing the preference for training closer to home or college.
* Skill development for employability - In partnership with Anna University, Titan conducts training programs across 15 colleges in Tier 3 and Tier 4 towns. These sessions focus on aptitude, life skills, emerging technologies, interview preparation, and behavioral skills. The training is designed for third- and final-year students, culminating in placement initiatives facilitated in collaboration with Anna University and prospective employers.
* Skill development for differently abled - These programs are tailored to support disabled youth and mothers of children with mental disabilities, enabling them to enhance their skills and improve their livelihoods. Titan collaborates with expert partners who specialize in working with these unique groups, ensuring impactful and meaningful support.
* Skill Development for Livelihood and Entrepreneurship - As part of Titan's Skill Development for Livelihood and Entrepreneurship initiative, a project has been launched to train 300 women across ten villages in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. A federation has been established to market agricultural produce, with the goal of transforming at least 200 of these women into lakhpatis. Support for Indian Arts, Crafts and Heritage
Description* Tarasha - Tarasha is a social initiative designed to empower craftpreneurs and artisan groups by helping them create their own micro-websites and connect directly with customers. This initiative provides a platform for India’s rich yet nascent art and craft sector, fostering growth and enabling it to thrive.
* Project Kashika - Based in Varanasi, this project focuses on uplifting the socio-economic status of 55 women by providing them with training and support in traditional crafts such as handloom weaving, Zari Zardozi, and Gulabi Meenakari.
* Antran - Antran is a craft-based livelihood initiative designed to drive transformative change within the crafts sector. Responsible Citizenship
Description* Integrated Village Development Project (IVDP) - Titan launched a 5-year IVDP and Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) initiative to rehabilitate flood-affected areas of Uttarakhand.
IVDP emphasized creating alternative off-farm livelihood opportunities, including livestock rearing, cattle feed production, orchard development, and more. The program's core objective was to establish self-sustaining, women-led enterprises and community-based organizations, fostering long-term resilience and empowerment.
* Watershed Programmes for livelihood - To address groundwater depletion, Titan launched the Watershed Development Project in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district in 2018, in collaboration with the government and expert partners.
This initiative adopts a holistic approach to village development, focusing on sustainable management of land, water, vegetation, and livestock while promoting the judicious use of natural resources.
* Happy Eyes - Launched in 2013, Titan’s Project Happy Eyes (HE) aligns with WHO’s Vision 2020 initiative. The program collaborates with renowned institutions, including Sankara Eye Hospital, Narayana Nethralaya, and Drishti Eye Hospital, to advance eye care and vision health.
* Neighborhood initiative - The Company proactively addressed various requests, primarily focusing on establishing ICU beds, enhancing oxygen facilities, and providing related infrastructure support.

Supporting the Tamil Nadu Disaster Relief Fund.
Establishing an oxygen plant in Uttarakhand to bolster a government hospital's capacity.
Facilitating over 15,000 vaccinations, including dedicated efforts for differently-abled individuals.
* Affirmative Action - This program is a cornerstone of its commitment to uplift underprivileged and neglected communities. The initiative focuses on enhancing employability, fostering skill development, encouraging entrepreneurship, and providing educational support.
